Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Shirts must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, altered, or personalized shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Worn or washed items are not eligible.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).
If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Return Process
Contact us at support@mivofab.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will confirm and arrange pickup or provide the return address.
Pack the shirt securely and hand it over to our delivery partner.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned shirt.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.
Damaged or Wrong Shirt Delivered
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect shirt, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
