Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shirts must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, altered, or personalized shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Worn or washed items are not eligible.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Return Process

    1. Contact us at support@mivofab.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

    2. Our team will confirm and arrange pickup or provide the return address.

    3. Pack the shirt securely and hand it over to our delivery partner.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned shirt.

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Shirt Delivered

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect shirt, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
