Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Shirts can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Shirts purchased during sale/discount offers may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered shirts cannot be returned.

  • Worn or washed items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@mivofab.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a pickup or return address.

  3. Pack your shirt securely and hand it over to our delivery partner.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned shirt.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or issued as store credit.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for shirts, depending on availability.

  • If the requested size is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Shirt Delivered

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect shirt, contact us immediately with photos at support@mivofab.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery.
