Shirts can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Shirts purchased during sale/discount offers may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@mivofab.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a pickup or return address.
Pack your shirt securely and hand it over to our delivery partner.
Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned shirt.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or issued as store credit.
Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for shirts, depending on availability.

If the requested size is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Wrong Shirt Delivered
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect shirt, contact us immediately with photos at support@mivofab.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery.
